Priority Partners for Medical Detox
Medical detox may take place in a hospital or an inpatient facility that can provide around-the-clock care and monitoring. This service may be covered by Priority Partners. Our Admissions Department would be happy to verify your insurance and can let you know if it will cover 100% of your treatment for alcohol detox, fentanyl detox or prescription drug detox.
Priority Partners Coverage for Residential Treatment
Residential treatment normally consists of 30, 60, or 90 days of around-the-clock care within an inpatient facility. This intensive rehabilitation program is a great way to get ahead of substance use disorder (SUD) with all the medical care and support necessary to get and stay clean. Priority Partners may cover some or all of the cost of residential treatment.
Priority Partners Coverage for Outpatient Treatment
Priority Partners may cover outpatient treatment to stay in line with American Care Act (ACA) requirements. The type of coverage you have may vary. Some of the programs you may be able to participate in include intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient treatment programs.
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) require you to go to a treatment facility most days of the week for the majority of the day. In this program, you’ll still be able to return home at night. Priority Partners may cover some or all of your treatment through an IOP rehab program that takes Priority Partners.
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)
A rehab program Priority Partners insurance covers may provide partial hospitalization services. Through a partial hospitalization program, you will have care all day, every day, for the full length of the program. During your time at the hospital, you’ll have medical care and support to assist with detox and rehabilitation. At night, you may return home.
Outpatient Treatment
Traditional outpatient treatment includes services such as group or individual therapy, medication management, and follow-up appointments. Rehabs that take Priority Partners generally handle these services, which you can take advantage of to help get and stay sober.
