Solution Based Treatment makes getting help for substance use disorders or mental health disorders simple and easy. Whether you’re calling for yourself or for a loved one, our Admission Advisors are here to help you navigate the process of getting admitted to treatment.
First Step
The first step towards admissions is calling one of our Admission Advisors. Their job is to answer all of your questions about our treatment programs and describe our locations and program features. On the first call, they will learn more about what you or your loved one are suffering from. Once they understand the substance use or mental health disorder you or your loved one are suffering from, they’ll suggest a specific treatment program that suits your needs. This may include inpatient detox if medically necessary, residential treatment and/or outpatient treatment.
Second Step
The second step is for our Admission Advisors to check your insurance benefits. Most people do not enjoy speaking to their insurance provider because it’s a painstaking process. When you call Solution Based Treatment to verify your benefits, all we ask is a few simple questions like the name of your provider, insurance company name and policy number. Within about 1 hour, our Admission Advisors can determine if your health insurance will cover up to 100% of the cost of care with us.
Third Step
After we determine your insurance benefits, our Admission Advisors will call you back and let you know what programs and locations you’re accepted for. They’ll also answer all your questions about the specific programs and treatment options available to you. They’ll help you understand what to bring and what not to bring to treatment.

Solution Based Treatment is widely known for it’s inpatient detox programs. However, we also offer inpatient treatment programs for alcohol, benzodiazepines, heroin, opioids and other prescription drugs. Our inpatient treatment programs last 30, 45 or 60 days depending on the needs of our clients. Afterwards, many of our clients continue their care in our outpatient treatment programs.
